OUR PIZZAS
We make everything from scratch. The pizza dough is one of the most important components for a pizza to be really damn good. We bake the dough with a really fine flour that has a higher protein content than regular flour. The dough ferments for over 50 hours in the refrigerator and a few more hours at room temperature before baking.
